Taxis were easily accessible right outside the hotel, saving us money on transportation. The Menara Mall across the road offered a variety of shopping and dining options. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness of the rooms and the abundance of hot water were impressive. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the service from Abdulkhaliq was exceptional. The hotel grounds were beautiful, surrounded by gardens and orange trees, with a lovely pool and clean spa. I would definitely recommend this place.

This luxury hotel provided me with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my luxurious needs. the sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool were immaculate and perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. the Spa & Wellness Centre offered an array of treatments, including facials and full body massages, which were amazing. the staff were very courteous and provided excellent service. the restaurant had a good breakfast with plenty of choices suitable for special diet menus. In-room breakfast was one of the advantages that the hotel offered.

The only minor issue was the water pressure being low which made the shower feel a little underpowered. However, this was not a major concern.
